Job Description

Do you aspire to advance your career with a rapidly growing software company? AssureCare is looking for a motivated, team-oriented Configuration Engineer who will oversee the configuration activities of the respective team across the client implementation cycle.

You will also be responsible for conducting training and demonstration sessions to facilitate requirements-gathering activities, as well as ongoing support of client implementation in production.

Key Responsibilities

  • As a SME, reviewing system capabilities pertaining to configuration
  • Identifying program constraints by reviewing business rules and documentation
  • Providing better user experiences together with the Product and Implementation teams
  • Identifying and implementing user needs effectively
  • Configure a production-ready product without errors
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, using configuration to minimize defect correction activities and enhance the user experience
  • Being a self-starter

Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of formal industry/professional experience in software development
  • Professional experience with SQL server scripts and query writing
  • Experience with one or more general-purpose programming languages such as C#, Python, JavaScript, Java, C/C++, and/or business rules engines
  • Ability to communicate with Onshore, offshore, and client effectively
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Ability to identify potential issues and find creative solutions for them
  • Ability to work within a project-oriented environment
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment with strong problem-solving skills and independent self-direction, coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication
  • Ability to analyze the organizational and client needs to provide creative and functional solutions and ensure timely delivery
  • Strong time and project management skills
  • Ability to explain business needs and impacts to customers verbally and in writing
  • Ability to enhance the implementation process to increase overall efficiency and minimize errors

Additional Skills

  • An understanding of the healthcare industry, healthcare-related technologies, and regulatory needs (e.g., HIPAA)
  • Experience with InRule
