Job Description

Are you experienced in building complex enterprise-wide software solutions? AssureCare is looking for motivated, team-oriented software engineers who are driven to make an impact in the healthcare industry through effective medical management solutions.

To ensure success as a software engineer, you should have a good working knowledge of the basic programming languages, an aptitude for learning new technologies, and a sense of teamwork and adaptability. Ultimately, a top-class Software Engineer is expected to provide valuable support to the development team while continually improving their coding and design skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute in software application development life cycle.
  • Responsible for designing, coding, debugging, supporting, and continuously integrating the application as per the standards.
  • Perform Unit testing as it is a test-driven development (TDD).
  • Understanding and implementing Quality standards as per ISO guidelines and
    participate for continuous improvement through internal audits and other forums.
  • Undergo trainings/workshops to enhance the skills and gain performance rewards.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in developing the software.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field is preferred.
  • Hands on experience in MVC 5 or higher, jQuery, SQL Server 2016 or higher, React Js.
  • Good knowledge of Azure DevOps Server [previously known as: Team Foundation Serve (TFS)].
  • Excellent knowledge of OOAD (Object Oriented Analysis and Design) concepts.
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work individually and as a part of the team in a fast-paced agile environment.
  • Ability and desire to learn new software and technologies quickly.

Additional Skills

  • Understanding of the healthcare industry, related technologies, and regulatory needs (e.g.,
    HIPAA)
