Job Description

AssureCare is looking for motivated, team-oriented Senior Infrastructure Engineers who are driven to make an impact in the healthcare industry through effective medical management solutions.

To ensure success as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you should have a good working knowledge of Azure services, an aptitude for learning new technologies, and a sense of teamwork and adaptability. Ultimately, a top-class Azure Infrastructure Engineer is expected to provide valuable support to the infrastructure team while continually improving their knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and support issues of Cloud-based / on-prem applications.
  • Provides operational maintenance and monitoring of Cloud-based solutions for Azure Cloud-based / on-premises.
  • Deploy infrastructure components for both Azure and on-prem, using Infrastructure as Code technologies such as Chef, Puppet, ARM templates, Terraform.
  • Supporting databases such as SQL Server (on-prem and Azure) /Cosmos deployed in On-premises and Azure.
  • Azure /on-premises services administration like access management using Azure AD.
  • Usage and configuration of VMs or operating systems.
  • PowerShell scripting or Unix scripting.
  • General knowledge of technologies utilized in web-based platforms either Windows or Linux based systems.
  • Security technologies utilized of encryption, authentication, and authorization.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Training, certification or a Bachelor of Science degree in a software/hardware related technology.
  • 4-7 years of equivalent work experience in related field will be considered.
  • Good understanding of Azure services like Azure App services, SQL Managed instance, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Networking Services, Azure Active Directory, Azure Storage etc.
  • Experience in Azure using DevOps pipelines for IAC technologies.
  • Experience in Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS)
  • Preferred Sound knowledge on application access management usability, performance, and security principles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting skill
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work individually and as part of the team in a fast-paced Agile environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience in related field
  • Ability and desire to learn new software and technologies quickly.

Additional Skills

  • Understanding of the healthcare industry, related technologies, and regulatory needs (e.g., HIPAA)
  • Experience with developing and deploying applications at scale on cloud (preferably Azure like AppServices, Blob storage, ADF/ASMI, etc.) using .NET Core.
  • Experience developing reports using reporting tools like SSRS, Power BI or Tableau
