Job Description

AssureCare is looking for motivated, team-oriented, US Medical Billing professionals who are driven to make an impact in the healthcare industry through effective medical billing services.

To ensure success as Account Manager, you should have a good hands-on Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel), excellent communication skills (written and oral), prior experience in US Medical Billing process as a team lead or AM leading either of the processes like Accounts Receivable, Eligibility verification and Authorization, Patient calling, Credentialing etc. Must have end to end understanding of how RCM process works (posting, billing, AR, EV, Euth etc)

iPatientCare Practice Management System is a Web based comprehensive billing system that seamlessly integrates with iPatientCare EHR. You would be trained to use iPatientCare Billing System or any other billing system that integrates with iPatientCare EHR for your area of expertise, namely, accounts receivable or patient calling or credentialing or eligibility verification or authorization or the complete RCM operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing RCM operations.
  • Serve as the liaison between the client and operations.
  • Handle multiple specialties/clients at a time.
  • Do production planning & control, process monitoring, assignment & review of workload analysis of SLA parameters with team performance and planning continuous improvement, process optimization, adherence to reporting schedules.
  • Coordinate with clients to discuss laid out strategies for process improvements at regular intervals.
  • Work with team leader or mentor to resolve any personnel problems or conflicts that may arise in the team.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly meetings with providers over phone and/or remote connection to discuss AR and collections.
  • Strong leadership skills with an ability to motivate a team.
  • Ability to start a project as pilot batch

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must have at least 7 years of experience in US Medical Billing process and at least 2 years’ experience as a team lead.
  • Must have hands on experience in Accounts Receivables (AR)
  • Excellent communication skills to liaison with providers, clearing houses, insurance companies, patients, and internal departments.
  • Highly motivated and self-directed, capable of multi-tasking, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Able to interface directly with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
  • Ready to work in 6:30 PM to 3:30 PM IST shift.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Candidates from medical background like B Pharm/M Pharm
