Cincinnati, Ohio – May 17, 2017 –In a joint announcement, AssureCare^® and Centerprise stated their strategic partnership provides targeted care management solutions to FQHCs. FQHCs are community-based and patient-centered healthcare centers with a focus on serving underserved populations.

FQHCs play an important role in caring for both urban and rural populations throughout the United States. As of 2015, over 24 million Americans were cared for by providers employed by FQHCs.
