Key Responsibilities
- Promote our Hospital Information System (HIS) to the assigned markets by visiting hospitals, use the leads generated data to schedule the appointments etc to achieve the monthly targets.
- Identify opportunities and create winning strategies with Hospitals, Healthcare providers, partners and resellers in the region.
- Utilize extensive industry insight and intelligence to propose new solutions to existing and prospective customers.
- Implement sales strategies to achieve exceptional results and hit KPIs
- Follow-up with hot prospects with the intention of moving discussions to product demonstration stage
- Stay accountable for increasing the company turnover by driving sales growth through new and existing customers across the country.
- Examine market trends to potential opportunities and participate in market research.
- Build and maintain advisory relationships with senior executive level customers and customer influencers.
- Engage in business and technical discussions with CEO/CIOs in Hospitals, define requirements/needs, convey value proposition and recommend optimal solutions.
- Execute promotional campaigns, shows/events, conferences through a team including digital marketing professionals and other sales professionals to meet the planned goals.

Skills & Qualifications
- Sales professional with at least 2 years of selling HIS in India, especially in South India.
- Results-driven with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Willing to travel within the country and overseas as required.
- Excellent in English communication: oral and written.
- Must be able to communicate in regional language (Tamil Telugu and Hindi) too when required specific to the region assigned.
